Global Fulfillment (CGF)
What is Fulfillment by Coupang (2P CGF)?
Coupang Global Fulfillment (CGF), or Fulfillment by Coupang (2P), allows second and third-party sellers to sell their products to customers in Korea with cross-border fulfillment and Korean e-commerce insight support. CGF provides sellers with an end-to-end solution for listing their selection, placing and fulfilling orders, managing promotional activities, analyzing trends, and delivering Coupang customers with seamless access to a wider selection at optimal pricing.
This model removes common barriers that exist within the wholesale model, such as pricing control, access to real-time performance data, and direct marketing control, while maintaining access to the best-in-class Coupang Global Fulfillment supply chain speed and costs, all while autonomously managing your own store through our seller management tools. This model is typically well-suited for current marketplace sellers, either traditional third-party sellers or brand store owners, direct-to-consumer site owners looking for extend-the-aisle opportunities, and brands/manufacturers where 1P Wholesale would also be appropriate.
How Does Fulfillment by Coupang Work?
Sellers can sign up as sellers with Coupang and select the Coupang Global Fulfillment business model. Sellers will create their catalog of items, which will be vetted by our Coupang team prior to launch to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Once the listings are approved, sellers will be able to send their inventory to Coupang’s fulfillment centers in Riverside, California.
Afterwards, Coupang Global Services will fulfill, receive, store, and ship the inventory directly to Korea and directly to the customer via local delivery. As a CGF seller, sellers can leverage our expertise and our free Korean translation services.
