The Coupang Fulfillment by Seller (3P) model is Coupang’s Direct Ship model, meaning sellers sell and ship directly to their customers in Korea.
If sellers are looking for a business model that allows them to own every aspect of their business on Coupang, Fulfilled by Seller is the ideal option. However, if sellers are looking for a business model with fulfillment services, Fulfilled by Seller (3P) is not recommended. Instead, consider our Wholesale (1P) model or our Fulfillment by Coupang (FBC 2P) model.

How Do I Get Paid?
Vendor settlement occurs once per month for the previous month’s sales, sans a reasonable service level fee and fulfillment fee. Pricing is at the discretion of the brand/vendor.
Is there a sign-up fee? Are there any other fees?
There are zero sign-up fees. However, there is a 3% processing fee on shipping charges. Please note this is not a charge with the logistics company, but one set up by the seller (or can be paid by the customer). Fees are based on the services sellers request for their inventory. Additionally, each sale is subject to a sales commission rate that varies depending on the product category. Please email globalservices@coupang.com for more information.
Who would be helping me with my business? Who can I go to if I have any questions?
In the Fulfillment by Seller (3P) model, the seller owns all aspects of the selling and fulfillment process. However, sellers can send their inquiries to globalservices@coupang.com.
